One of the most important things to know about in Bob's Burgers / Family Guy / Futurama / King of the Hill / American Dad mash-up Animation Throwdown: The Quest for Cards *exhales*, is card abilities.
Card not only deal damage and protect your hero, but can do special things to help out in battle. The problem is: you need to remember what all the symbols mean! So here's a handy guide.
Also note that a skill may have a number near it, which tells you how powerful the effect is.
And the skill may also come with a star symbol, which means the ability will only effect cards from the same show. So a Futurama card with a Cheer ability and a star will only increase the attack power of Futurama cards.Dealing Damage
|Attack a card, and it will take extra damage for a few turns
|Deal damage to any card that attacks this one.
|Reduces the defensive effect of the Shield and Sturdy skills when attack.
|Deal damage to a random enemy.
|Also deals damage to enemies next to the card it attacks (except when attacking the hero).
|Boosts attack power after dealing damage.
|Boosts attack power when you play a combo.
|Boosts maximum health when you play a combo.
|Increase the attack power of a random friendly card for one turn.
|Increase the attack power of all your cards for one turn.
|Cards to the left and right get an extra attack.

|Prevents a friendly card from receiving damage.

Softening 'em up
|Reduces the attack power of a random enemy card for one turn.
|Reduces the attack power of all enemy cards for one turn.

|Restores health to a damaged, friendly card.
|Restores health to all damaged, friendly cards.
