'Mystery' Angry Birds screenshots not Rio - Angry Birds 2?
It's not Rio, but something else
These images have been floating around the internet for a while now.
First broadcast last month by German TV station Deutsche Welle, they show a very polished looking new Angry Birds title.
The screens caused a brief flutter of excitement among foul-flinging enthusiasts, though most presumed they were from the upcoming Angry Birds Rio.
Not so, apparently. Over the weekend, Rovio tweeted, "no, not Rio. Some other game…"
Is this a first look at Angry Birds 2? Or perhaps just a spruced-up version of the original for a new platform, like 3DS?
