Wizardry Variants Daphne, the hit new mobile take on the classic dungeon-crawling RPG franchise, is expanding its pool of adventurers with the addition of a new legendary-tier character. Arbois, King of the Forest, arrives alongside the new Fighter Proving Grounds event, a special dungeon with equally unusual entry requirements.
But to start, who exactly is Arbois? This imposing-looking elf is the Lord of the Deep Forest, who commands a legion of thieves. His move Astral Break will cause earth type physical damage to an enemy, bypassing defence power while improving action speed for both Arbois and allies in front of or behind him for 4 turns.
Meanwhile, Lord of the Deep Forest's leadership buffs evil and neutral allies with increased evasion and action speed if they're adjacent to Arbois. You'll have to hurry if you want to get Arbois because he'll only be available from Unique Remains: Lord of the Deep Forest event and Remains of the Extraordinary Thief Who United the Deep Forest until April 30th.
Oh, but what about that Fighter Proving Grounds event, I hear you ask? Well, in this limited-time dungeon available until April 16th you'll be able to take only three adventurers, fighters or wanderers, into this dungeon. Find the Master within and you'll be able to inherit the so-called secret arts of the fighter.
You'll want to consider diving in too, because there are Ruler of the Deep Forest missions specific to this area which will reward you with Unique Remains:
Lord of the Deep Forest as well as up to 400 Marks of Fighter Mastery to boot.
