2D Metal Gear-inspired VR Mission EXT sneaks onto iOS

Sphinx Entertainment has sneaked onto the App Store and stuck its latest stealth-'em-up, VR Mission EXT within its walled garden.
The sneak-em-up sequel to VR Mission, this new instalment promises new characters to play. Alongside the veteran returning from the first game, you can now play as a young special agent and a cyborg soldier.
Each character has different abilities, meaning you can change things up if one skillset isn't to your liking.
The game boasts puzzles and obstacles to overcome and while the main focus is clearly stealth, there's no obligation to keep that up. Gung ho approaches are also an option, should sneaking around not take your fancy.
VR Mission EXT looks like a cutesy retro-styled homage to the Metal Gear Solid and Deus Ex franchises and should be worth the time of any stealth gaming fan at 69p /99c a pop.
