Are the moral guardians of the App Store ready for Upskirt?
Don't look now
It's the sort of game over which you don't know whether to laugh or cry but Philippines start up Spotcat Studio has just fired over some details of its forthcoming game Upskirt!.
Assuming it doesn't get filtered out by Apple's approvals police, the iPhone game is due for release soon, and is described by the developer as "a skirt-flipping game that uses the touch capabilities of iPhone/iPod touch to allow swipes and lift up skirts".
Bad handOf course, it's not the sort of behaviour that should be encouraged in real-life, but as research on the correlation of people playing skirt-flipping games who go on to partake in actual skirt-flipping hasn't yet been completed, there's presumably no scientific reason for moral outrage.
As for the gameplay, 20 levels are promised in the Campaign mode, and there are Endless and Training modes.
There will also be 'enticing sceneries, cool pop and funky sounds and graphics, and some beautiful and gorgeous skirt-wearing young ladies'.
Upskirt! is due for release in late December/early January, priced 99c, €0.79 or 59p.
