The recently launched and very successful ARPG UNDECEMBER has announced its first story update will launch later this month on the 25th. This new content will bring 24 new main stages, including lots of new bosses and enemies, along with some new game modes, a higher level cap, and more!

To begin, let’s touch on that new story content. This new episode brings with it those 24 new main stages, which will all have their own unique tilesets along with a ton of new enemies and an assortment of new bosses. Beyond this, details are light, especially in relation to the plot, but the trailer below does offer up a peek at what’s to be expected.

The real star of this update is likely the new game mode, which is the Challenge Mode. This takes the base campaign of UNDECEMBER and changes it, adjusting the health pools of enemies and bosses alike along with making them do significantly more damage. This offers a new way for players to challenge their late-game characters, which aside from the overhaul that is planned for the Chaos Dungeon end-game content, means there’s a lot to do once you “beat” the game.

And that’s not all for you high-level players either! There’s a higher level cap at 120 now, and there will also be an additional 30 new Runes to collect, which you might find while you tackle the new Chaos-level Raid!

As you can likely tell, this update is very much aimed towards the later game players, so if you want to take part, you’ll have to be pretty late into the game’s content. If you want to get yourself there before this update launches, check out UNDECEMBER for free at either of the links below!
