Traffic Cop 3D, Kwalee's hypercasual title where you chase traffic offenders, surpasses four million downloads

Kwalee has just announced an epic milestone for Traffic Cop 3D, the hypercasual game where you cruise through the streets in pursuit of traffic offenders. The game has surpassed four million downloads in just two weeks, ranking first on the iOS app categories in USA, UK and Canada.

In Traffic Cop 3D, players are tasked with scanning vehicles on the highway and chasing after them in case they decide to go rogue. These stubborn citizens violate the rules of the road, and it's up to you to arrest them, give them a fine, or let them go scot-free.

Topping the charts is a feeling that we never tire of, no matter how many times we achieve it. So much work goes in behind the scenes on great prototypes that never see the light of day, but successes like Traffic Cop 3D validate our whole ‘fail fast’ approach and make everything worth it,” says CEO David Darling CBE.

We knew very early on that we could be on to something great with Traffic Cop 3D," says Simon Platt, Head of Development at Kwalee. "Being a cop and driving a police car are things people instantly understand and can relate to from childhood games. Bringing all this together in a compelling way that empowers the player was key, and we’re proud to see from the immediate reaction that we achieved this.”

With Traffic Cop 3D, Kwalee's total download count has now reached over 730 million, punctuating its success in the hypercasual market. If you're eager to join in and experience the car-chasing fun for yourself, you can download Traffic Cop 3D on the iOS App Store or on the Google Play Store for Android devices. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
