Top Eleven's new season introduces limited-time game mode Proving Grounds: England
Zynga and Nordeus have announced a new limited-time game mode for Top Eleven that allows you to recreate and relive some of the biggest footballing moments from England's history. It's called Proving Grounds: England and will be available from today until March 23rd.
Through it, you will take to the field and recreate historic moments in England's footballing past, such as clinching victory against West Germany in the 1966 World Cup final. During this new season, you can net season-long boosts as rewards while enjoying new storytelling features and updated game mechanics.
Elsewhere, to celebrate the Mastermind campaign, Top Eleven is working with brand ambassadors, Xabi Alonso and Jose Mourinho. Top Eleven will work with both legends to create special content themed around the in-game event. Mourinho is a well-known and respected manager who has won every trophy worth winning.
Meanwhile, Alonso is still young in his managerial career, currently in charge of the Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen. Although, he's best more familiar to football fans for his skills on the pitch, where he won countless trophies with Real Madrid and Spain.
Discussing the new limited-time game mode, Marko Jevtic, Top Eleven Game Lead, said: “English football is a storied tradition filled with iconic, unforgettable moments. With the new Proving Grounds: England feature in Top Eleven we are challenging our players to put themselves in the boots of the country’s most famous football squads to recreate history’s biggest plays!”
If you're unfamiliar with Top Eleven, it is a management sim that puts you in charge of your own club. You will need to assemble a team of star players alongside spending time creating a stadium. The game regularly hosts new events, so you always have something to do, with each season often introducing limited-time game modes.
