Tick Tock seems magical from the first minute you spend with it. It's an interactive multiplayer puzzler which takes a lot of influence from Year Walk and is played across two devices - though without the use of a network connection.

It's impressive to behold. You and another player each have a different view of the game on your screens, and you have to work together and communicate effectively to solve each puzzle and progress through the game.

And those puzzles are smart - occasionally too smart for myself - as you set clocks to the right time, light bulbs, and look for clues and hidden meanings in text.

The art style is particularly gorgeous, though I was told it was unfinished. Though it looked great in its current iteration, I can't wait to see the finished product - complete with animated moving parts.

It works across platforms as well, and can be played on iOS, Android, or even your PC - with each of you playing on a totally different platform.

So the game itself is pretty impressive - but the story behind it is more so. Other Tales Interactive is a brand new studio and this is their first game. The level of quality on display is impressive considering.

Sadly, you'll have to wait some time for Tick Tock to launch as it's not expected until 2017. It's definitely one to keep an eye on though - we'll keep you posted.
