An update is coming to The Witcher: Monster Slayer featuring Monster Weeks, Timed Tasks, and Daily Contracts

The augmented reality monster killing game, The Witcher: Monster Slayer is receiving an update with new improvements and challenges in a couple of days. It all goes live on November 24th introducing Monster Weeks, numerous Timed Tasks, and Daily Contracts to the game.

Kicking off from November 24th, are new Timed Tasks. These contain a series of assignments involving both well-known and completely new monsters to hunt down. Tasks will vary each week, focussing on different categories of beasts to kill on the basis of Class, Rarity (Rare or Legendary), or hunting down newly introduced beasts. All of these challenges will span over a range of difficulty, giving all grades of players a challenge they can enjoy. Spokko will be churning out these kinds of tasks each week so you shouldn’t get bored any time soon.

Under the Daily Quests button, you will soon find a new Timed tab. It will feature week long events, called the Monster Week. Each of them will see the Master Witcher grant you tasks that will focus on completing the Bestiary by killing new beasts or helping upgrade it by killing known monsters. Here’s the catch though, all of these challenges will stay active during that week and will reset at the end. This leaves you with a limited amount of time to complete the quests and earn all the rewards. Time is of the essence, fellow Witcher!

Finally, the update will feature new horrors. Coming to The Witcher: Monster Slayer are terrifying new beasts from the Witcher universe, and new monsters created from scratch for the game. These nefarious creatures bring with them the gift of XP and rewards. Do you have it in you to hunt them all down?
