The Chronos Principle, the minimalist puzzler from Logisk, is out now on mobile
Logisk Studio has released its new mobile puzzle game, The Chronos Principle, after announcing it would be coming to iOS and Android devices this week. If you missed the announcement, it comes from the developer who made popular mobile puzzle games such as Oculux, Orixo and Hexio.
The Chronos Principle is a game all about journeying through various minimalist puzzle stages, each with their own intricate designs that explore the idea of time manipulation. What this means is you must cooperate with your past self in order to find solutions to these unique hand-crafted puzzles, of which there are over 77 of them to beat.
The way these mechanics are communicated to you is spliced seamlessly into the narrative of the game too, as it is gradually presented to you over time in order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
You can check out more from The Chronos Principle from the trailer linked above. In addition to the puzzles, the game also has a bunch of quality-of-life features such as light and dark modes, and cloud saving allowing you to pick up your save across several devices.
“I believe that with its original idea, immersive atmosphere, and minimalist art style, players will have the opportunity to experience a mind-bending journey on par with other high-quality games and provide them with an unforgettable experience,” says developer Joey Kazma on this upcoming release of The Chronos Principle.
Kazma has previously worked on games like Oculux, Orixo, and Hexio, which we have featured before on the site. If you’d like to check those titles out for yourself, you can access them from the Logisk website which links to the right store pages. If you're interested in mobile puzzle games, check out our list of the best to get for your Android smartphone.
