I-play brings Super Mah Jong Quest to mobile

Another chance to spend a night on the tiles

I-play brings Super Mah Jong Quest to mobile

It's weird: we've never actually seen Mah Jong being played in the real world, yet we've spent many a happy hour playing it on PCs or mobile phones. It does exist outside of interactive entertainment, doesn't it?

No matter: we were big fans of I-play's original Mah Jong Quest, so the announcement that it's getting a sequel is good news. Super Mah Jong Quest is due out by Christmas, and now puts you in the shoes of two peasants: the male Kwazi White, and female Kwazi Black.

Your task? Solve more than 30 Mah Jong puzzles in order to do something with moongates in order to restore balance to the universe. Phew, Mah Jong really is more important than we thought.

As before, the main game takes the form of this quest, although once completed you can play through the 30 levels again in mirror mode for an extra challenge.

Meanwhile, I-play says new features include Earthquake, Gong Monster, Balloon Tile and Covers. We like the sound of Gong Monster. The presentation's looking as slick as ever, too.
