Confused as to what the best team compositions look like in Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice? You have visited the right place as we will be providing an in-depth explanation of how to build the best team comps in the game along with listing some of the strongest team compositions available to be built. Firstly, you must be curious as to why different team compositions are required to clear different content. The answer is simple - Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice is a mobile gacha game that harbours different game modes. Each game mode has its own set of mechanics. Hence, 1 team comp cannot effectively help you progress throughout the game.

Just like not every hero in the game can be called the “strongest”, every team composition cannot be called the best or the worst. That stated, many different factors are considered while building a solid team composition.

STRATEGY TO BUILD THE RIGHT TEAM COMPOSITIONS

Any strong team composition must consist of heroes of different roles in order to succeed due to the strategic nature of the game. A team of 5 DPS heroes will instantly fall down as they will be overpowered by enemies. Similarly, a team of 5 tanks will be slowly killed off due to the lack of damage output. A balanced team composition with the strongest heroes available in the game filling different positions gives rise to some of the best teams. Naturally, a majority of these heroes are quite hard to obtain as they are of the highest rarity. Do not worry as synergies can be created even with lower-rarity heroes! That’s the beauty of Strategic Idle RPGs for you. Here are the main roles of heroes that are required in almost every team composition:

    • Attackers - Having a dedicated DPS hero will largely benefit any team composition, no matter for which purpose it is being made. Many popular team compositions even have a mix of up to 2-3 DPS-type heroes that are purely focused on increasing your overall damage output. Naturally, no team composition can have too many Attackers as they are quite squishy in nature and vulnerable to enemy damage dealers.
    • Tanks - As the role suggests, tanks are all about soaking damage for your squishy damage dealers in the back line. In Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice, tanks can also act as pseudo-bruisers by dealing a decent amount of damage.
    • Disruptors - Disruptors are those heroes that can apply crowd control debuffs on the enemies. The more the merrier! Important debuffs such as a decreased attack, decrease defence, decrease speed, and more are crucial to winning in higher-level stages. Hence, the inclusion of at least 1 Disruptor becomes mandatory.
    • Supports/Healers - A great Supportive type hero can prove to be a game-changer in many different ways. They can either heal allies, provide buffs to allies, apply debuffs to enemies, or simply a combination of all 3. The inclusion of at least 1 Support/Healer is of utmost necessity.

With the roles for choosing heroes stated, what’s left is to create synergies between the heroes. Check out the list of best team compositions currently available to be made in Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice by clicking on the button below!

Team #1

  • Argol
  • Aioria
  • Misty
  • Shaka
  • Miro

This team composition is perfect for any player to build for the majority of the content, especially the story stages. Argol is one of the best crowd controllers in the game due to his Petrify debuff where the targets are unable to move. He also acts as a great buff dispeller. Aioria will be our main DPS for this team. He deals an astonishingly high amount of damage against enemies that are hit by his Electrified debuff. Aioria also can passively get more Attack% due to his passive ability stacking every time he uses his Roar of Lion skill.

Misty is one of the best supports in the game as her 3rd ability Air Fence provides a massive healing effect for 2 allies and a Shield buff that scales off her Attack stat. Miro is going to be our secondary DPS for the team as he targets the enemy with the highest HP first. This is great as he deals HP%-based single-targeted damage. His utility in killing bosses is irreplaceable at times.

Team #2

  • Canon Mariner
  • Krishna
  • Shaka
  • Aioros
  • Mu

In this team, the heroes being used are going to be much rarer to obtain due to their overall higher base rarity. However, we cannot neglect including the amazing synergy of Krishna and Shaka in the list of best team compositions. Krishna is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, DPS hero in the game. He can deal AOE-targeted damage as well as HP%-based single-targeted damage which makes him amazing for defeating waves of enemies as well as nuking bosses.

Shaka is a great crowd controller that can use any of his 5 seals on enemies. Krishna greatly benefits from the Cosmo steal from Shaka which lets him use his 3rd ability multiple times. Mu is included in the team for her top-tier heals and damage reduction that enhances the survival of the squishy members.

Team #3

  • Doko
  • Aioria
  • Shura
  • Evil Saga
  • Athena

Doko is one of the best support/tank-type heroes as he not only increases his own Defense passively but also provides more damage stat to allies including Attack%, Critical Hit%, and Critical Hit Damage%. Further, he can also knock down enemies in the back row that are generally protected by front row members, reducing the damage dealt by them.

Evil Saga is a great AOE-targeted damage dealer that has 2 AOE skills on both his 2nd and 3rd abilities. Further, his Manipulation of enemies can prove to be useful in different situations as enemies attack each other for 5 seconds. Athena, the first-ever God rarity hero, remains to be the best option as a healer for the team with her low cooldown heals and high sustainability options.

Team #4

  • Doko
  • Mu
  • Evil Saga
  • Mephisto
  • Asterion

This team might seem similar to the one above but it has Mephisto and Asterion as the main showstoppers. Mu will be replacing Athena as a healer due to her being more aggressive and synergising with the overall nature of this team composition.

Mephisto is currently the only hero that can suck Cosmo from a single enemy while also applying Cosmo reduction effects on them. Asterion, on the other hand, can be a great buffer for Evil Saga to wreak havoc on enemies. His 2nd skill provides a Mind Strengthening buff for all allies that increases their Attack and Critical Hit Rate by 15% for 6 seconds.

5
Team #5

  • Shiryu
  • Saga
  • Camus
  • Canon Mariner
  • Mu

Camus is a mid-tier crowd controller that can enable Freeze teams to function properly. Upon his death, he deals an AOE-targeted damaging ability that hits quite hard. For this reason, many players include him to be placed in the front row to die quickly. Saga is a great secondary DPS included in this team composition as he provides tons of single-targeted damage along with the ability to reduce Cosmos gain for the enemy. Mu is going to be our only healer for this team as the members can sustain themselves well enough.
