Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collab begins soon with free Alexios and major rewards

After months of speculation sparked by a May teaser, the crossover between Reverse: 1999 and Assassin’s Creed is finally set to go live early in August. Bluepoch just revealed the full details during the tactical RPG’s first-ever global livestream, including new playable characters, storylines, and a massive slate of free rewards.
Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Kassandra headline the collaboration and will be available via limited-time banners. Alexios, however, can be unlocked completely free just by taking part in event content. Each Assassin has been tailored to Reverse: 1999’s mechanics, with Ezio wielding multiple weapons and Kassandra able to shift between different skill trees mid-combat.
The crossover event also brings one of the most generous reward lineups yet. You can recruit Alexios for free, claim a complimentary monthly pass (worth 15 pulls), unlock a new outfit for APPLe, and access at least 43 free pulls per collab banner. Meanwhile, the Ezio and Kassandra banners will introduce a new system - guaranteed bonus copies of each Assassin after hitting certain pull milestones. All of this unfolds across two phases, with the first one sending Vertin and the team back to Renaissance Florence, where they’ll battle alongside Ezio against powerful new threats.
In Phase II, the journey shifts to Ancient Greece, where Kassandra and Alexios join the party in a mission to uncover a plot involving the Cult of Kosmos at the Acropolis. The update also includes new outfits for existing characters, styled after both Greek mythology and the Assassin’s Creed universe.
