OrangePixel has officially launched Residual on Android following its release on iOS devices in September. Players on Android devices can now get their hands on the unique survival platformer as they try their best to find food and sustenance in order to survive and return home.

In Residual, players can look forward to exploring uncharted territory across a procedurally generated planet while they aim to repair their ship to voyage back home. The game features around 4-6 hours of gameplay on each planet, with a whopping 125 planets to explore. Each new planet will have its own design, as well as plenty of side missions to keep players occupied whether they're looking for datacars or scouring the land for special collectables.

As the locations are randomly generated, players will have to contend with the forces of Mother Nature in unexpected ways, from the sizzling sun to the cold grip of night.
