Raji: An Ancient Epic, the award-winning title based on Indian culture, is now available on mobile through Netflix Games

After releasing on PC and console in August 2020, the award-winning action-adventure game, Raji: An Ancient Epic is finally launching on Android and iOS. Nodding Head Games has entered into a partnership with Netflix Games to bring their to mobile, exclusively for subscribers of the streaming platform.

Raji: An Ancient Epic tells the tale of two young siblings, Raji and Golu, who find themselves amidst a massive war. Golu has been captured by the demon Mahabalasura and the game follows Raji’s efforts to save his brother. But it will prove to be much more than that as the little girl has actually been chosen by the gods to defend humanity against a demon invasion.

It’s been a millennium since the last great war between gods and demons and mankind has grown complacent. The old ways of alchemy are long lost and humans have a false sense of security. This gave the demons the perfect opportunity to take revenge. Cities and fortresses are all in ruins and Raji must rise to the occasion if the world is to survive.

The game is deep-rooted in Indian culture and is heavily inspired by the country’s diverse mythologies and art styles. Raji has been blessed by gods and goddesses like Shiva, Vishnu, and Durga, who give her powerful weapons like the Trishul and Sharanga Bow to take on the vile creatures. With six hours of content and breathtaking visuals, Raji is sure to provide an action-packed experience for players.
