Afterburn has officially announced a release date for Railbound, the studio's puzzle game coming to iOS, Android and PC. Officially launching on September 6th, the game lets players connect different trains, pick up a variety of passengers and travel through tunnels across more than a hundred levels.

In Railbound, players can expect to put on their thinking caps as they tinker around with an intuitive railbending system. They'll have to place train connections where they're needed, or remove them if it makes things more efficient. They can also reroute different paths to maximise tracks.

The game features more than a hundred puzzles that will put players' rerouting skills to the test across a stunning comic-book-inspired aesthetic. All these are complemented with a lovely original soundtrack filled with low-key tunes that make railbending a relaxing task on mobile.
