Pixel United and Plarium have just announced an upcoming limited animated series for their insanely popular mobile game, RAID: Shadow Legends. The short series has been titled RAID: Call of the Arbiter, which was showcased at the South by Southwest Conference and Festivals currently ongoing in Austin, Texas.

RAID: Call of the Arbiter will be released on May 18th, on YouTube. A teaser for the series has been embedded below. Over a few weeks, ten five-minute episodes will be released on a weekly basis. The show delves into RAID’s core set of characters, with storylines deepening their narrative with cinematic-quality animation.

Call of the Arbiter will take place in Teleria, a world that seems to have been ignored by its gods. As a result, it is plagued by factions engaged in an endless war with each other. At the centre of the story is an ancient guardian called Arbiter, straight from RAID: Shadow Legends. She is on a path to return to her world and will rally together a group of uncanny heroes on this journey.
