Autobots, roll out!

PUBG Mobile is dropping real-world cargo containers in the US ahead of its Transformers collab
  • PUBG Mobile x Transformers-themed cargo crates drop in different US cities
  • Take pictures with the installation to win rewards
  • Full collab goes live on July 8th

Following its chilling collaboration with 28 Years Later, PUBG Mobile is literally shifting gears with a new crossover that’s as colossal as it is nostalgic. To celebrate its upcoming partnership with Transformers, the battle royale has begun dropping real-world cargo containers across major US cities, offering you a chance to uncover clues about what's to come in the upcoming v3.9 update.

The PUBG x Transformers installation takes over a 30-by-30-foot area and immerses you in a dramatic scene that looks like something, or perhaps, someone just crash-landed. Each display centres around a PUBG Mobile x Transformer cargo container, surrounded by iconic props.

Expect to see an air drop crate, a frying pan, a Cybertronian signal emitter, and a supply box marked with Cybertron insignias. Giant mechanical footprints and smaller tracks hint at a team-up of epic proportions between PUBG’s world and the warring Autobots and Decepticons.

You can find these massive setups in Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles until July 7th. Snap a selfie with the installation, scan the QR code on-site, and tag it with #SignalofCybertron to unlock exclusive in-game rewards, and maybe even piece together the storyline behind the container’s arrival.
