PUBG Mobile's Esports World Cup sees Alpha 7 win, and upcoming appearance at ExCel London
PUBG Mobile is coming to London!

- PUBG Mobile's Esports Circuit will finish for the year with an appearance at ExCel London
- Meanwhile, the Esports World Cup tournament saw Alpha 7 take home the win
- Finally, Metro Royale will be entering rotation for esports!
The PUBG Mobile World Cup has wrapped up, with a fantastic win by team Alpha 7 Esports. They'll now take home the biggest share of the PMWC's $3 million prize pool. But that's not all, because, off the back of this tournament, Krafton has also announced that PUBG Mobile will be coming to ExCel London in December this year for another major tournament!
The final event of the 2024 PUBG Mobile Esports circuit will take place from December 7th to 8th in the ExCel London arena, a major venue for esports and other high-profile events.
PUBG Mobile will also be debuting a new game mode in their esports lineup. Metro Royale will come into rotation, with the PvPvE mode challenging you to fend off both enemy players and AI-controlled enemies until you can extract with newfound gear.

The move to bring PUBG Mobile esports to London stands in stark contrast to the high-profile, glitzy event taking place in Saudi Arabia. While the latter may be impressive, and interesting to cover, there's no doubt that the majority of fans will find travel to and from such a distant country a major hassle.
Meanwhile, ExCel London is closer to many airports, and somewhere a lot more attendees will feel comfortable. So it makes sense that the climax of the PUBG Mobile Esports Circuit this year will take place somewhere a bit closer to home for most fans.
