Prison Architect will break out of jail and arrive on iPad and Android tablets this October

Introversion Software has announced that Prison Architect will be fully launched this October.
The initial announcement from the studio didn't make any mention of specific platforms. The announcement obviously applied to the PC version of the game. But what about the tablet versions.
We reached out to Introversion's Mark Morris to find out what the deal with the tablet versions is.
"Yep, the plan is to get the Tablet versions out in October too," Morris told us. Cracking stuff.
If you aren't familiar, Prison Architect is a prison management sim, basically.
You construct a prison, house inmates, and attempt to hold them while also meeting all their needs.
