Seems we're two-for-two when it comes to environmentalist puzzlers today! There was the earlier Eco Power Towns, and now the very intriguing-looking Preserve. So feast your eyes on this upcoming environmentalist-themed puzzler that has a lot in common with some recent releases in the genre.

Preserve is, very simply, like someone mashed Quilts and Cats of Calico with Dorfromantik. Your job is to restore the wilderness by using cards to place new features on hexes, slowly restoring life and eventually progressing towards repopulating the newly created grasslands, savannah and forests with all manner of creatures.

Your reward? Well, aside from the joy of scoring high and solving each puzzle, it's to see the fully 3D and animated worlds that you've preserved come to life. With rivers feeding into grasslands populated by all manner of endangered critters, you can enjoy watching them romp carefree through the landscape.

Fortunately, if you're more interested in watching your world grow, you can do so with Creative mode. Or maybe you'd rather dive into Puzzle mode to focus solely on solving each problem as they present themselves? It's all available to you in Preserve when it releases this September.
