Pokémon TCG Pocket lets you get a sneak peek of new cards with its latest Wonder Pick event
Feeling lucky?

- Pokémon TCG Pocket's Wonder Pick feature has a new campaign underway
- The Sneak Peek campaign occasionally lets you see the next card you'll pick
- Jump in for a chance to nab new cards much more easily
Pokémon TCG Pocket has had its ups and downs since launch. The lacklustre trading feature and a minor issue with misattributed artwork, for example. But, these pale in comparison to the positive reception this adaptation of the hit Pokémon franchise has had, including the Wonder Pick feature, which lets you grab cards from other players' previously opened booster packs!
Of course, it's a mystery what you'll get out of those you Wonder Pick, and that's part of the fun. But now a new campaign is underway for Wonder Pick that'll occasionally let you get a sneak peek at the next card you'll get until August 11th.
Given that the card is usually a mystery, this is a great advantage if you're on the lookout for something you really want. Of course, it won't happen every single time you try it, but it will happen often enough that I'm sure many of you will be tempted to keep picking.

Pick your Wonders
There's certainly plenty to be looking for, given the introduction of the latest expansion, Wisdom of Sea and Sky, late last month! And despite the above-mentioned misattributed artwork, there's plenty of great additions from the Johto region in this expansion, including the legendary Pokémon Lugia and Ho-Oh.This latest Sneak Peek event also comes alongside changes to the Wishlist feature, which allows you to more easily show off cards that you're looking to trade for on both your friends list and profile. All of which points to the fact that the folks behind TCG Pocket are acknowledging the calls for fans to more easily swap cards and get the ones they want!
So now's a great time to jump in. But once you're done wonder-picking, you may want to take a quick break from TCG pocket. So if you want to scratch that card itch with something new, why not check out our list of the best card battlers for iOS?
