Pokémon Go’s September Go Pass brings Timed Incubators and Cobalion

September is kicking off in Pokémon Go with the arrival of the Tales of Transformation season, and alongside it comes a refreshed Go Pass Deluxe packed with rewards. Running from September 2nd to October 7th, the pass gives you a reason to keep collecting Go Points, with both the free track and the paid upgrade offering plenty to work toward.
The standard Go Pass is unlocked automatically, but upgrading to the Deluxe version opens the door to a much richer set of rewards. For $7.99, or $9.99 if you’d rather start at Rank 11, the Deluxe track gives you extra encounters, premium items, and a chance to get ahead faster.
Just make sure to claim everything before October 9th, or it’s all gone. There’s also a special bonus weekend on October 4th and 5th where the daily cap on Go Points is lifted, letting you grind through the ranks without restriction.
Given the new season, the pass would be incomplete without an encounter with Cobalion, appearing with a Tales of Transformation-themed background. There’s even the chance for it to be shiny, which makes pushing through the pass all the more tempting. On the way, you’ll also pick up Stardust, XP, Candy, Poké Balls, and other useful resources.
The Deluxe version offers a little more with better milestone bonuses, a Super Incubator, extra encounters, and premium items like Incense, Lures, and Candy XL. Rank rewards along the way include expanded Gift capacity, double Daily Adventure Incense duration, and boosted Stardust and XP from hatching Eggs.
The most notable addition, though, is the new Timed Incubator at Rank 20 of the Deluxe track. Unlike standard incubators, this one can be used unlimited times but only until October 14th, making it an ideal tool for hatching as many Eggs as you can fit into your schedule during its limited-use window.
Finally, if you prefer shopping through the Pokémon Go Web Store, the pass is available there too with bonus bundles that add even more value, including Ultra Balls, Max Revives, and extra Battle Passes.
