Onmyoji is celebrating its 5th anniversary with new Shikigami and events
NetEase Games have just announced that their popular strategic mobile RPG, Onmyoji has completed five years since launch and an event has been organised to commemorate this milestone. The celebration kicks off with the arrival of SSR Tsukuyomi and SP Luminary Oitsuki, who are Onmyoji’s latest Shikigami.
A special anniversary Summoning Event has also gone live in Onmyoji. During the event period, performing summons will have a two-and-a-half times greater chance of getting the SP/SSR Shikigami. And getting them is guaranteed within 60 summons.
There is an additional chance of unlocking the Blessed Amulet that grants a self-selected SP/SSR Shikigami. Players will be able to assuredly get their hands on Luminary Oitsuki before they hit 100 summons.
The time machine has also been fired up for the anniversary and will take players backwards as they take a look at their memories in Heian-kyo, which will reward everyone with yet another SP/SSR Shikigami. Showdown Bidding is back too, and players with the best bids will earn handsome rewards.
While enjoying all these events, be sure to take a peek at the skin shop because pretty much every skin will be 20% off. Only those that were released in the last two months will not be part of this catalogue. New skins like Amber Heart for Frosty Yuki Onna, Prancing Peach for Crimson Yoto, and Autumn Blaze for Yao Bikuni.
Furthermore, there is a new summon room skin and Shikigami menu background to look out for. It can be obtained from the Skyscreen Gift. Other freebies include daily Mystery Amulets and Talismans that can be earnt by releasing Shikigamis. The heroes joining the Shrine include Orochi, Shiranui, Takiyashahime, and Yoto Hime, among a bunch of others.
