The touching indie puzzle game One and One Story has been pretty much lifted wholesale and released on the App Store. No major surprises there - a lot of IGF finalists find their way onto the App Store at some point these days.

The problem is that the game isn't by the original developer. Nor did the original developer know anything about it.

Another problem - it's not a clone; it's exactly the same game.

In what appears to have been a case of reverse-engineering code, the original Flash game is on the App Store in its entirety, bearing the same name but not the same maker.

18-year-old Mattia Traverso, the actual creator of One and One Story, has contacted Apple to get the app removed. In the meantime, we suggest you give this one a wide berth (or enjoy the Flash original).
