Once Human makes Gamescom appearance alongside news of upcoming update Stellar Resonance

If you are in attendance, you have until the 24th to head over to the booth, at Hall 9, Booth A.040. Those attending are in with a chance at some free merch and the opportunity to get hands-on with Once Human itself. Not only that, but the theme of the immersive booth also ties into the latest update.

Yes, the 2.0 update gets top billing here, with an immersive booth dedicated to the nocturnal world of Dreamveil. So whether it's just having a wander or taking pictures in front of backdrops, it's well worth checking out if you're looking for a souvenir photo.

Beyond a dream

But, of course, that's not the biggest news here. The biggest is that August 28th will see the latest major update, with drastic changes to gameplay. The Visional Wheel: Starfall Inversion event sees a shattered star weakening gravity, allowing you to leap huge distances in a single bound or carry more gear than before.

Meanwhile, there's a new twist on combat called Stellar Resonance being introduced, where you can wield the powerful Gravity Integrators that allow you to explore new areas and fight a bestiary of new monsters. You'll even gain special rewards for defeating these enemies while protecting the Gravity Integrators from harm.
