Hunted Cow is bringing card game Nuts! Battle of the Bulge to iPad in 2015
Innuendo bingo
Much to my surprise, Nuts! Battle of the Bulge isn't a knock-off pornographic film, nor is it a special edition of that British lads mag.
It's not even a sequel the Silver Award-winning squirrel platformer Nuts!, either.
No, it is a card game by Decision Games originally released in 1998 that Hunted Cow is bringing to iPad in 2015.
(Apparently, the title is based on World War II US Army General McAuliffe's reply to the Germans when asked to surrender in 1944.)
Yep, Pocket Tactics tells us that the digital port is to be a two-player strategy game in which one person plays the US, while the other embodies the German army.
The cards you play represent units, terrains, and events that will determine the proceedings. You'll go back and forth, gaining advantages and disadvantages until a winner is declared.
Oh, and pre-defined set-ups are based on the actual World War II locations, troops, and events so history buffs will get a kick out of it.
Expect it in 2015 on iPad. Hopefully Android tablets as well - we're yet to find out.
