This week on the 3DS eShop - The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, and Mario Party: Island Tour

There are some rather big games out on Nintendo 3DS this week. You should be getting your fingers ready to boot up the eShop, believe me.

There's a new Legend of Zelda game, a new Mario, a new LEGO game, a game called "My Exotic Farm"... OK, it's not all fantastic, but there's still plenty of great stuff milling about.

Oh, and there's a new video series too that features your favourite elf in green. Read on to understand what the heck I'm talking about.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is first on the menu and, well, you need to buy this game, essentially.

In one of the most dramatic changes to the Zelda formula ever, you can tackle the world in whatever order you like. Oh, it's also pretty much the same world from A Link to the Past too.

Why haven't you bought it yet? The eShop has it for a nasty £39.99 from midnight, so you might want to check retail for cheaper prices.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Universe in Peril is a new LEGO game. Obviously. I haven't tried it yet, but given that the LEGO games on 3DS are usually watered down versions on the console games, I'd wait to read reviews before paying £39.99.

What else is there this week? Well, you've got Chevrolet Camaro Wild Ride 3D for £2.50, Word Wizard 3D for £2.50, My Exotic Farm for £19.99, The Cube for £7.19, Jewel Match 3 for £5.99, and Christmas Wonderland 3 for £4.49.

So a load of old rubbish then. Oh, but there is one other interesting thing to download: Episode 1 of The Legend of Zelda: The Misadventures of Link is now available to watch for free.

It's probably not very good, but hey, might be fun for a laugh.

Americans! You get The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds this week too, so get that downloaded.

Mario Party: Island Tour is out in the US this week, and I'd love to tell you about it, but Nintendo has forbid me from doing so until, well, the game has been out for a day.

Which isn't very useful for you, obviously, but as you'd probably guess it might be a good idea to wait until you read my verdict before forking out the cash.

There's a new DLC case for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies, and it involves a talking whale. A talking whale. Insta-purchased, am I right?

Then you've got Ohno Odyssey, Jewel Match 3, Christmas Wonderland 3, and City Connection, which all sound like games that I am not going to bother playing.
