Nyko’s PSP Charger Case both protects and extends battery life
There are already plenty of options for keeping your PSP clean, safe and charged but peripherals company Nyko has added another choice into the mix with its PSP Charger Case. The anodised aluminium case provides heavy duty protection while inside there’s a form-fitting neoprene lining to hold your PSP in place. More importantly however, the case also features a rechargeable lithium ion battery which provides up to five hours addition battery life.
The PSP itself recognises the case as an external battery source so the case’s power is always used before the actual PSP battery. The case is easily recharged using the standard PSP AC adapter and comes with a power extension cable which allows the PSP to be played outside the case while still using power from the built in battery. The PSP Charger Case is currently available from US retailers and websites for $70 (£40).
