Google to announce Nexus Prime later today, specs allegedly leaked in print ad

After a week-long delay following the death of Steve Jobs, Google will finally announce its much-anticipated Samsung-built Google Nexus Prime handset at an event this evening in Hong Kong.

Thanks to the latest leak - a Japanese print ad - we can be relatively confident that the handset will have a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, a 4.65-inch 720p AMOLED display, NFC, two cameras, and many other impressive specifications. You can see the full list below, as spotted by Japanese site Blog of Mobile and translated by Android Central.

Google is also expected to announce Android 4.0, nicknamed Ice Cream Sandwich. The update will combine the Gingerbread and Honeycomb updates to form an OS that works across smartphones and tablets, as well as reducing fragmentation among Android handsets.

The Nexus Prime is expected to launch tomorrow, October 19th.
