GAME offering 3DS XL for £79.99
As long as you do some quick trading
You can usually rely on UK retailer GAME to serve up some tempting trade-in offers when a new game or piece of hardware is released, and the 3DS XL launch is no exception.
The once-threatened UK chain is offering you the chance to pick up Nintendo's new 'bigger beast' for £79.99 on the condition you hand over your 3DS in exchange.
This deal also includes a £6.99 AC adapter, which Nintendo has (rather puzzlingly) decided not to include in the normal 3DS XL box. That's nice of them (GAME, I mean).
GAME's trade-in promotion on the 3DS XL runs from July 28th - August 9th, after which point the price for Nintendo's machine is likely to sneak back up.
