Welcome to this year's final instalment of Pocket Gamer's free game round-up - a feature that highlights the top App Store titles that have been made free in the past 24 hours.

As we've stated many times before, prices in the App Store change frequently. Grab these freebies before you miss out on a top bargain.

Remember to let us and your fellow readers know about any other great free apps in our comments section below.

Additionally, you can find out about all the latest App Store updates, price drops, and more by using the cleverly hidden hyperlink in this paragraph.

Traffic Panic 3D (Universal)

Traffic Panic 3D is one of those games that charges you with operating various sets of traffic lights in order to safely navigate cars, trucks, wagons, and other modes of transport through rush hour traffic.

Don't worry too much, though: accidentally causing carnage and wrecking a few vehicles will still earn you points. It's one of those win-win situations.

Magnetic Billiards: Blueprint (Universal)

We've been reporting on the PG Gold Award-winning Magnetic Billiards: Blueprint since the very second it hit the App Store earlier this year. We even included it in our top ten iPhone games of 2011.

In case you've forgotten, this excellent puzzler sees you playing a game of pool on various pocketless tables. So, you score points by combining balls of a similar colour in as many moves as possible. And you do this by utilising the table's cushions. Simples.

Field & Stream Fishing (iPhone)

Field & Stream Fishing might not seem like an instant choice for our free game round-up, but this water-based sports title cast itself to a solid Bronze Award when we reviewed it.

There are three free lakes to test your baiting skills in, plus an additional three lakes that you can grab through some in-app purchases. If you manage to grab any of the game's 15 species of fish, you can display them proudly on Facebook.
