Shoot the Zombirds
By Infinite Dreams - download for iPhone and iPad

Undead birds can be a right royal pain in the backside.

When they're not spoiling your trip to the seaside by nicking your chips or defecating on your helpless head, they spend their time trying to rip chunks from your kids' juicy flesh.

Luckily, the pesky blighters are susceptible to an arrow in the head, so you shouldn't have too much trouble protecting your offspring and wiping them out.

Darkness Escape Deluxe
By InfiWorks - download for iPhone

In Darkness Escape Deluxe, you play as one of those Robin Hood sorts who steals from the rich to give to the poor.

Your aim is to make it through each level without falling to your death, impaling yourself on spikes, or running face-first into wooden barrels.

You also need to keep the gold coins you've swiped safely tucked away in your pack or you won't be able to progress onto other levels.
