DS:London, London’s largest social gaming and DS meet up, will host its 100th event this Saturday (8 May 2010) - no mean feat for a gaming event, and certainly one to be celebrated.

And that’s exactly what’s going to happen.

Starting at 2pm in Regents Park (assuming rain or hung parliaments don’t throw a spanner in the works), the organisers invite anyone with a DS or interest in social gaming to turn up.

Making merry

At around 6pm, the event will relocate to its usual venue, the Horse and Groom on Great Portland Street, which will play host to food, balloons and shenanigans till late!

The group has been running for over four years, during that time organising or participating in four charity gaming tournaments, joint meetups with other gaming groups, hosting specials events for the London Gaming Festival Fringe, making record attempts, organising gaming sections for conventions and, of course, 99 previous meetups.

The group are open to newcomers and old guard alike, so if you fancy getting involved, head down tomorrow.
