DS Lite gets Portable Pro Speaker
Not for DSi though
Here's neat little idea - a small twin speaker set up for the DS that improves the quality of the inbuilt speakers.
There's a catch, however. It plugs into the DS Lite's GBA slot.
Of course, the redesigned DSi doesn't have a GBA slot so it's no good for those of us lucky enough to have the most up-to-date Nintendo handheld.
Still in terms of features, the speakers have built-in woofer effect to enhance bass response and are powered directly from the DS Lite so don't require batteries. It also folds up for easy storage.
The cost is fairly recession-proof, too.
