Classic platformer Rayman hitting Nintendo's eShop this Thursday

This Thursday, Nintendo's 3DS eShop will once again be updated.

This time around, the weekly refresh will introduce two new downloadable titles: excellent platformer Rayman and a strange card game called Sweet Memories Blackjack.

For those of you not familiar with Rayman, it's a 2D platforming title that features 24 levels spread across seven colourful worlds.

In it, you traverse a variety of terrain, smash enemies in the face, and rescue a strange race of creatures called the Electoons, who've been snatched and locked in cages by the evil Mr Dark.

You'll be able to grab this gem for £4.50.

Sweet Memories Blackjack, on the other hand, is a wacky romance-filled card game in which you play blackjack with an old childhood sweetheart named Kasumi.

As you play, you unlock memories of the times you've spent together and come to realise that she's the perfect girl for you. It all sounds rather soppy.
