It has been another day dominated by a big press conference. Today, Nintendo stole the show by revealing the exact moment you'll be able to wrap your moist mitts around the Wii U's tablet-like controller (November 30th).
Back in the world of pocket gaming, though, we're still digesting the iPhone 5. We've talked about it amongst ourselves, and chatted to some of our favourite developers about the challenges they'll face.

New releasesGlu Mobile has launched a freemium dragon Tamagotchi called My Dragon. You'll look after your oversized lizard, dress it up in embarrassing garb, and trade items with pals. Free, on iOS and on Android.
Big updatesArmor Games's comic tower defence gem Kingdom Rush has received a bumper patch on iPhone and iPad. There's a bandit campaign with new missions, a new hero in King Denas, and a gnome shop that's filled with special weapons like dynamite, freezing bombs, extra gold, and nukes.
On the horizon
New Little King's Story will be available for download on PS Vita on October 2nd in America. This regal sequel features a new storyline, online functionality, and plenty of touchscreen fumbling. We'll let you know if we hear a date for Europe.
Kickstart thisHow's this for a unique art style? iOS and Android adventure game Papier is set inside a world made out of paper, and drawn in ink. It's an ambitious project, so developer Spycraft Studios needs $140,000 to pull it off. Pledge $500 and you can get your mug featured in the game.
The Pro Pinball remake has added a bunch of interesting new platforms. If it meets its $400,000 goal, the game will launch on Kindle Fire HD, Android, Ouya, and even PlayStation Vita.
