20 Days in the Life

Slip into someone else’s life for 24 hours with Nokia’s 20Lives

20 Days in the Life
|

Like the ultimate mix of reality TV and mobile gaming, Nokia is launching its unique 20Lives game on mobile phones and via the internet on September the 19th. Between then and October the 13th players will see the world as one of 20 characters see it. Register online at www.nokia.com/20Lives and you’ll get the chance to meet their friends and family, experience their jobs, and make their decisions. The choices made during the game will determine the success or failure of the 20 characters’ lives and your own results. With competition prizes up for grabs every day, ranging from new Nokia handsets to trips to the Monaco Grand Prix, there’s more to play for than simple entertainment.

The 20 fictional characters are a mix of colourful personalities and backgrounds – businesswomen and smooth salesmen, actresses and playboys, photographers and paparazzi - and are all connected to each other at some point in their lives. How and where, the players will find out during the game. You’re involved by making decisions that your character for the day comes across, ranging from conversations with other characters to doing their jobs and you interact with the game via the internet and SMS, email and voicemail on your mobile phone. It’s a little bit like playing The Sims or New York Nights but on a grand scale – and it’s free, to boot, so you’ve nothing to lose and, potentially, quite a lot to win. Taking place in 21 European countries, one of which is England, registration is open until October the 11th, though obviously the more days you play, the greater your chance of winning.
