Let's get on with it!
1
METRO QUESTER | OSAKA

There's something about the CRT-style look that makes a game stand out, isn't there? Kemco's well aware of the appeal of the 80s, and uses it to its full ability in Metro Quester Osaka, the studio's new post-apocalyptic dungeon-crawler set in the titular "city of water".
If you're familiar with the distinct artwork of manga artist Kazushi Hagiwara, this old-school RPG should instantly appeal to you. And while the visuals might lull you to a false sense of security, you'd best be on your toes given the incredible gameplay depth. With 32 characters to choose from, eight classes to discover, and a host of beastly fiends to encounter, there are challenges for dungeon divers aplenty.

2
Dragon Spira

Speaking of retro vibes, pixel-art JRPGs never fail to entertain even in this day and age, but Kemco once again switches things up by throwing a roulette into the mix. In Dragon Spira, you'll embark on an epic quest to save the world as JRPGs often task you to - only this time, you're at the mercy of the RNG gods as well thanks to a new wheel-spinning mechanic.
You'll hop across a boardgame-esque grid to unlock boosts, upgrade stats, and earn rewards to help you in battle, with lovely Spirit Beasts you can raise to aid you in combat as well. All these are presented with charming 8-bit aesthetics, where your entire party moves across the map in single file as humans often do in real life. The good ol' days, eh?

3
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley

From dungeon-crawling and dragon-slaying, we turn to something a tad more relaxing on our list with Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley, a gorgeous musical adventure themed around the popular Moomin franchise. As you try to restore the lovely valley and lend its cute critters a hand with their troubles, you'll also tap a little bit into your mischievous side to try and knock over statues and thwart the Park Keeper's plans. It's all for the greater good of the valley, after all.
The whimsical narrative promises a cosy experience all throughout - you can expect the same meditative vibes Tove Jansson’s world evokes, with plenty of puzzles and a memorable soundtrack to boot.

4
Fate War

IGG's latest project will have you building settlements from scratch to survive and rebuild civilisation, all amidst malevolent forces roaming the land and the unforgiving cold. It's no surprise then that this new city-building survival game is called Fate War, as every battle - whether against the elements or against the Blackforged - will determine your fate.
Apart from strategising units and structures to make your territories thrive, you'll also need to mind the dynamic day-night cycle and use it to your advantage. The roguelike mechanics keep things fresh with each expedition; plus, there are plenty of cosmetic items you can unlock too to truly make your Tribe your own.

A Game About Digging A Hole
Now, if you simply don't want to think about all that and you're happy to shut your brain down for a bit, how about digging a hole instead? As it says on the tin, A Game About Digging A Hole lets you, well, dig a hole. It's an endless pursuit that's meant to be taken at your own pace, so you can simply keep digging a hole in the backyard in peace.
Every so often, you'll come across a rare find or two and add it to your collection - you might even score some hidden treasure and sell it for a profit while you're at it. Otherwise, you can simply be content with digging a hole without a care in the world - life is good, isn't it?
