Perfect World Games has confirmed that Neverness to Everness, its supernatural open-world RPG, will be making a big appearance at gamescom 2025. Following its new trailer during Opening Night Live, the studio revealed that NTE will be available to try on the show floor, with an exclusive demo for PC and PS5 at Hall 10.1, Booth A070. Mobile users just may have to wait a little longer.
Visitors at the Neverness to Everness booth won’t just get to play the 15-minute demo; they’ll also be able to take part in community challenges and walk away with exclusive rewards. Pre-registering for the RPG and following the official NTE X account lets you claim a special gamescom bag and character sticker sheet too.
If you’re willing to go further, you can record your demo session on-site, share it on social media, and show proof to staff for a chance at lucky draw prizes, including holographic cards, Taygedo fans, and badges.
Wondering what we think about the RPG? Here’s our preview of Neverness to Everness!

The demo itself highlights the kind of weirdness that’s set NTE apart since its first reveal. Set in the sprawling city of Hethereau, the RPG combines supernatural anomalies with everyday freedom. You’ll find skateboards that think for themselves, otters with television heads, and a constant feeling that something isn’t quite right once night falls.
Exploration is powered by Esper Abilities, letting you tackle strange phenomena while managing the dual balance of city life and bizarre crises. Urban driving plays a central role too, as cars can be customised, crashed, and even destroyed in ways that add weight to the chaos.
On a lighter side, you’ve also got lifestyle systems like home ownership and interior decorating to look out for, which will give you time to breathe between missions.
