- Unlock permanent upgrades, defeat the Neon Lord, and push through rising Storm Levels
Neon Spellstorm is charging up a wild mix of wizardry and chaos for its mobile launch next month, and pre-registration is officially open on iOS and Android. If you’re into roguelites, bullet heaven survival, or just enjoy watching a collapsing cyber-world explode in pixelated glory, this one might be worth keeping an eye on.
In Neon Spellstorm, you play as a spell-slinging wizard racing across a neon-lit world that’s literally falling apart beneath your feet. With mobs pouring in from every direction, you’ll dodge, blast, and reshape terrain while chaining together absurd spell combinations. You’ve got 28 distinct spells to master alongside 74 different trinkets to bend the rules of battle in your favour.
Each run feeds into long-term progression. You’ll collect Orbs, Stars, Gems, and Neon to upgrade your Neon Core, unlocking more gear, spells, and challenges. Survive long enough and you’ll face the Neon Lord, and if you win, the storm gets stronger. Higher Storm Levels mean tougher enemies, better loot, and oh-so-satisfying victories.

Before each run, you’ll tailor your approach by choosing spells, Sigils, Archetypes, and Fates. Each of the six wizards brings a different feel to the fight, whether you prefer brute-force pyromancy or slippery time-bending tricks. You also decide your path through the branching zones. Dive deep for rewards, or race straight to the boss for a faster, riskier route.
Finally, there’s no ad spam or energy timers here either. A free demo lets you try before you buy, with a single in-app purchase unlocking the full game.
If this sounds like something up your alley, Neon Spellstorm is expected to drop on iOS and Android on August 11th. Pre-register by clicking on your preferred link below.
