Air Force Supremacy update live for Navy Patrol: Coastal Defense

As all good armchair generals know, the battlefield is a fluid place and that's definitely the case with Navy Patrol Coastal Defense game.

Not only is the tower defence game set on water, but developer ICS Mobile is continuing to roll out new episodic content for it.

The latest update - Air Force Supremacy - is now out on the App Store.

This features new attack submarine turrets, which can be employed to take out a vast aerial invasion of a new map called Caprina Islands.

Work is also underway on the fourth chapter, The Last Stand, which will see integration of the OpenFeint social networking platform.

"We are please to see thousands of gamers battling the seas to reach the top of the global leaderboard ranking," said Joe Bayen, ICS Mobile's CEO.

"The current update is the product of a collaboration with our active gaming community which gave us a multitude of suggestions during the development process so much so that we could potentially label the app the first user generated iPhone Tower Defense game".

Navy Patrol: Coastal Defense is out now, priced $1.99, €1.59, £1.19. Hit the 'Buy It!' button to go directly into App Store battle.
