It hasn’t been too long since Nuverse launched Marvel Snap worldwide on iOS and Android, and it has already garnered so much success. They couldn’t ask for a better beginning as well, as it was the one and only Samuel L. Jackson who kicked off the game as Nick Fury.

And within this short span of time, the fast-paced card battler was already voted best mobile game of the year at the Game Awards 2022, beating the likes of Genshin Impact, and other much-awaited titles such as Apex Legends Mobile, Diablo Immortal, and Tower of Fantasy.

But the celebrations continue for Nuverse and Second Dinner. In just about two and a half months since its launch, Marvel Snap has gained a cult-like following and has been downloaded over a whopping 30 million times! That’s pretty much 400,000 downloads a day since its release, which is insane.

To celebrate, everyone will be given 200 Gold that they can use to get a number of cards. With the amount of success that’s already been seen, we shouldn’t be surprised it the game reaches even greater heights. And when that day comes, everyone will earn a Hero Storm Avatar and even more rewards.

In case you missed it, the developers also revealed what 2023 would look like for Marvel Snap. Players should soon enough be able to battle against their friends. There will be more languages being supported along with an Infinity Split Mod mechanic too.

A bunch of stuff is also still in development and being conceptualized, such as smart decks, competitive and unranked modes, guilds, leaderboards, emotes, Mythic variants for cards, and a lot more. Read more about that in this article.
