Bug-flinging iPhone game Jump Out! gets new levels, Retina display support in update
Update adds performance improvements for addictive arcade title
Avallon Alliance has released its first major update for Jump Out!, its iOS title described (by Avalon) as “Angry Birds meets Cut The Rope”.
Version 1.5.1 adds support for Retina display, as well as 15 brand new levels. Also included in the update are new sound effects, an animated tutorial, and an improved character selection screen.
The game has been further tweaked to provide superior performance across all supported iOS devices. Meanwhile, the developer has ironed out a few small bugs – of the software variety rather than the six-legged protagonists.
There’s set to be another update soon featuring Game Center support and a further 30 levels, with new characters and items.
