Genshin Impact's version 3.2 introduces the Replication System to the Serenitea Pot

Genshin Impact’s version 3.2 - Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises is only a few days away from launch and it is all set to conclude Sumeru’s story arc with the introduction of new characters and questlines. The update also adds a frequently requested feature, the Replication System that is coming to the Serenitea Pot.

In Genshin Impact, the Serenitea Pot, also called the Teapot is a hidden realm where players can create their own little abode. It allows players to create a home using various furnishings, buildings, and decorations. Until now, players could visit each other’s Teapot but if they wanted to copy it, there was no way.

However, with this update that brings the addition of the Replication System, it is now possible. In order to be eligible to use the mechanic, travellers must have already unlocked the Serenitea Pot System and should have completed the quest A Teapot to Call Home: Part II.

Generating Replicas

To generate a replica, players must click the Generate Replica button and then open an Empty Replica where their layout can be copied. There are two ways to go about things now. Players can either copy the outdoor layout that includes furnishings in a single area or from the inside, where the décor from every room of the mansion is replicated.

Doing so will generate a Replica ID, which can then be shared with other players so they can use the layout for their own Teapot. Only a limited number can be stored, so all extra must be deleted forever.

Using Replica IDs

Once the Replica ID is obtained, it’s an easy task. Travellers will be provided with a preview of the furnishings and layout effects, along with a percentage that indicates how much is already owned. To use the replica, a minimum of 90% similarity is required, post which the items are automatically overwritten, leaving out whatever isn’t owned.
