Indie developer from Down Under Halfbrick has revealed through Twitter that its popular fruity slice-'em-up is making its way to Facebook.

Although information is scarce, a look at the game's Facebook page reveals that Fruit Ninja Frenzy is an expanded version of the iPhone classic. It's also free to play.

A video from the same social networking page (posted below) also details unlockable achievements and a friend hub, which is displayed down the side of your screen as you play.

Fruit Ninja is a popular title at PG Towers nabbing Silver Awards for its iPhone and Android iterations and a Bronze Award for its Windows Phone release.

You can get your hands on an alpha build of the game by filling out this short survey.
