Alright, so it's not NEW news that Fortnite's coming to Nintendo Switch. Earlier this month a Korean ratings board strongly suggested the game's appearance, and after a post on Reddit earlier today and a Tweet by Chance The Rapper saying it might launch tomorrow it got me thinking - it's pretty much the perfect time to drop it.

Considering Fortnite is one of the most popular games in the world at the moment, it's not like there won't be an audience for it. What a way to kick off or end Nintendo's Direct by pointing you in the direction of something you can play straight away.

Don't forget, you can follow along with us tomorrow at 5 PM BST/ 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET as we liveblog the Direct.

It also works in Ninty's favour because at the end of the year you'll need to start paying to use the Switch's online services. While the likes of Splatoon, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and ARMS might drive in a good handful of online users, Fortnite will be a guarantee IF it proves popular on the Switch. I mean, I'll eat my shoes if it's not popular, but you know what I'm getting at.

Take everything with a pinch of salt as always. Nothing's been confirmed by Epic and E3 rumours tend to go kind-of crazy, but it's totally plausible.

What do you guys think? Are we likely to see Fortnite drop at some point tomorrow? Let us know in those comments below.
