Dream of A New World, PlayPark's latest fantasy MMO, opens up pre-registration for select regions
PlayPark Inc., in collaboration with Asiasoft and Archosaur Games, has announced the launch of their newest MMO: Dream of A New World due to launch on September 27th in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. If you pre-register now for this huge new launch, you’ll receive a ton of rewards right away as well.
After running numerous beta tests across the past year, Dream of A New World has finally been fine-tuned for release, and now players have a beautiful-looking new MMO to tackle that ought to have nearly every issue ironed out due to player feedback from that testing period.
Dream of A New World follows in line with recently quite popular other mobile MMOs such as Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds, specifically in regards to the fact that it’s somewhat of an auto-game. You can set your characters on the quest path and simply let them move for you, and some of the combat can be done in an automatic way as well.
As for what the combat entails, if you choose to take the manual option, you can think of semi-typical RPG combat. Think something like Raid: Shadow Legends for example, where your party takes one side of the screen against the other and you tap a collection of abilities your chosen class has the ability to use alongside your party member’s abilities.
On top of this, there’s a monster collection mechanic as well where you’ll collect various eggs that hatch different creatures that can then be used in combat. These eggs are an RNG sort of deal where you never really know exactly what monster you’ll get, so you’ll want to spend a hefty amount of time collecting a large amount of them so you can get each and every monster in the game by the time you reach late game.
With the monsters each having their own skill along with your character having their own abilities that can be upgraded over time, there’s plenty of upgrading to chase after. Combine all of those elements with a pretty engaging fantasy storyline and there’s a lot to love here.
