Dead Escape is a horror adventure title from Wabo Studios, set during a zombie outbreak.

Trapped in a convenience store, you must escape the shop, get out of the city, and navigate to safety by solving numerous puzzles.

From the screenshots, Dead Escape looks to be a cross between Resident Evil and Silent Hill - an exciting prospect.

Dead Escape is an homage to B-grade horror movies from the '80s and '90s, encompassing horror, black comedy, puzzle solving, and the odd scare.

Wabo Studios's maiden foray onto the App Store was The Crimsons, a 3D horror novella which earned a 5/10 at review for fiddly controls and banal gameplay.

The game's developer says it has learned a lot and noted user feedback from The Crimsons, which, Wabo Studios claims, was a test of sorts.

A release date is yet to be announced, but expect more information in the future.
